Refund policy

Because of the personalized nature of our products and services, items are not reusable after they have been engraved or customized. We do not offer returns once the custom design proof is approved and payment is received.

We do not offer refunds for purchases made through our shop unless defective products is received. We will then offer the option to exchange at no cost, or refund.
